We want you to be happy with your Ruddi Skincare purchase, so if you are not completely satisfied, please send an email with your request to support@ruddiskincare.com before 60 days of your purchase date.

We will then provide you with a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). We cannot ensure that we will be able to properly handle your return without the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Returns must be postmarked within 2 weeks of receiving an RMA number, otherwise refund will be forfeited. Returns without a RMA will incur a fee of 20% of the order total.

Simply return the unused portion and we will gladly refund your original payment method for the full amount, less shipping. If you received a free gift with your purchase, the gift must be included in the return, otherwise the cost of the free item will be deducted from the refund.

  • If subsequent orders of the same product(s) are made after the original purchase of the product(s), they are not eligible for a refund. Orders with four (4) or more of the same product are not eligible for a refund.
  • If you're returning multiples of the same item, only one can be opened for a full refund. The other's must be completely sealed in the original packaging, otherwise they are not eligible for a refund.
  • If there are more than 3 or more orders placed within a thirty (30) day window, any order within that timeframe is not eligible for a refund.
  • We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to irregular or excessive returns and potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

If you are notified that your package is delivered, but you have not received it, you must notify us within 7 days. After 7 days, you will be responsible for dealing with the shipping carrier, as we do not assume liability for missing or lost packages.

We recommend returning your item with a reliable carrier that includes tracking, or that you purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item. The customer is responsible for the shipping return shipping fee.

If your purchase was made on a card that is no longer active, we will only be able to issue store credit.
